At Rosalia Melbourne, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Online Assistant to join our team! We are a fashion brand offering elegant, timeless, and accessible clothing for women aged 16 to 60. Our goal is to help our customers feel confident and stylish — without the hefty price tag.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the online store and update product information

• Customer service: respond to enquiries via email and social media

• Support social media management and marketing activities

• Process orders and ensure an exceptional customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for fashion and delivering great customer service

• Experience with content management and social media is a plus

• Self-motivated, organised, and proactive

• Strong command of English (French is a bonus)
